Problem first
We identify what is actually limiting the result. We do not automate a process simply because it can be automated.
Uprofit helps companies identify real growth opportunities, build AI systems around them, and integrate those systems into everyday work. If AI does not solve the problem, we do not implement it just for the sake of using AI.
Uprofit is an AI implementation company for business.
We do not start by asking which AI tool to connect. We start by understanding how the business works: where money, time, and control are lost, which processes slow growth, and which changes can genuinely improve the result.
Then we build the system, integrate it into the company’s current workflow, and measure the result using real business metrics.

I am an entrepreneur and engineer. I look at AI not from the technology side, but from the perspective of a business owner.
Over 15 years, I have built companies in manufacturing, services, physical products, and digital products. I created four businesses of my own and later sold three of them.
So when I look at a client’s business, I am not thinking about which technology to showcase. I am thinking about what prevents the company from working better and what will genuinely change the outcome.
That approach is the foundation of Uprofit today: understand the problem first, build the solution next, and take it all the way into real use.
We do not implement AI for the sake of AI.
We identify what is actually limiting the result. We do not automate a process simply because it can be automated.
We build a system around the company’s real workflow, data, people, and constraints.
We check whether revenue, speed, quality, or business control actually changed.
Before Uprofit, I built businesses myself.
Manufacturing, services, physical products, and digital products. I had to solve the same problems clients bring today: sales, production, people, processes, data, automation, and growth.

Global Peptide Pharmaceutical — an international physical-product business covering supply, brand, sales, and operations.

My Athletic Skin — a full-cycle apparel brand spanning materials, manufacturing, sales, and a partner network.

A tattoo studio network and education business: artist utilization, customer journey, operations, and scaling.

A subscription-based digital platform: product, monetization, user acquisition, and service development.
Our work does not end when the system is built. It ends when the system becomes part of the business.
