Automated receipt system. 350 hours freed up per year
An administrator manually copied every order from the CRM into the cash register. We connected the systems directly and removed duplicate data entry.
Every receipt was entered manually
The pizza and rolls delivery service processed around 50 receipts per day. Each one required 1–1.5 minutes of manual data transfer into the cash register.
During peak hours, the administrator was busy entering receipts instead of helping customers. The manual step created errors, risked missed receipts, and limited how many orders one person could process.
A person was simply moving data between two systems
All data needed for the receipt already existed in the CRM and the cash register. The problem was not employee speed — the systems simply were not connected.
Instead of speeding up the manual work, it made more sense to remove it entirely.
CRM and the online cash register work as one flow
When an order reaches the required status, the receipt is generated and printed automatically. The data comes directly from the CRM with no duplicate entry.
AI was not needed here. The result came from straightforward automation of the right bottleneck.
The receipt is generated automatically from the order status
Order growth depends less on manual administrator work
More time became available for customers, the risk of errors and missed receipts decreased, and the process can be replicated at new locations using the same standard.
Is there a manual step that repeats every day?
We will examine the workflow and find what can be removed without making the process more complicated.
